We had a wonderful evening at Beulings, much much better in fact that at several Michelin-starred restaurants we've been to recently in New York or Paris. Beulings is the perfect definition of a hidden gem waiting to be discovered! It was by far the best restaurant we went to during our recent trip to Europe, and possibly one of the best places we've been to in the last few years. Beulings restaurant is a true culinary experience. D’hote menu was build up in five savoury courses and was expanded with a cheese plate and dessert. The beautifully created dishes, the great variety of special wines and elegantly poured drinks make for a foodie's dream. The impeccable dishes and the carefully selected ingredients are coming together in a perfect blend. The entree Gallantine of quail filled with foie gras, served with polenta and nashi pear mosterd fruit is probably one of the most delicious dishes I have ever tried! Fermented kohlrabi, fresh tomato and red mullet was a true sensation. Falafel of green peas, pistacchio tahine and padron pepper, it is awesome. Finally the roasted lamb, green asparagus and herb barley was perfectly plated, too. For dessert, strawberries and rice pudding / tiramisu with hazelnut. Glory! Outstanding! Where do I begin, the food was exceptional, beautiful flavours wonderfully blended together, the chef has a clear passion and love for what he does. Each course was accompanied with a wonderful selection of wines and staff extremely knowledgable. Can't rate this place enough, this little gem is a must visit. GooglePlace - March 2017
