We've had the "Chef's Menu", and were very much impressed. The dishes were all excellent, with good diversity and attention to details. The service was also top-notch, and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was both cozy and fancy. Highly recommended! GooglePlace - December 2017

A superb seafood restaurant with excellent service. The scallops and corvina (type of sea bass) were terrific! I was especially impressed by the gorgeous plating (like works of art). And the sommelier creates her own wines in South Africa, which pair beautifully with the seafood dishes. I can highly recommend this restaurant. GooglePlace - December 2017

Nice place. Delicious food. Seabass in a salt was perfect. Oysters are good as well. Stuff is polite and friendly. GooglePlace - November 2017

A bit pricy. Good quality food and presentation. Menu is a bit eclectic and trying to look trendy. Service is just OK. Location is great. You will not return there for food, but for business meeting it's good GooglePlace - November 2017

Ate 4-course meal with former-colleague-now-old-friend fellow whom I had not seen in almost 20 years, and Bridges restaurant was perfect for the occasion for several reasons. Exterior and interior are elegant and the place is in Amsterdam not far from central rail station. Valet parked our vehicle because there is no lot. My friend reserved the dinner and it seemed that reservation was either required or highly recommended; we entered at 18:30 Saturday when tables were vacant and left as the place was full of patrons a few hours later. Greet staff and wait staff were super friendly and attractive, and knew all aspects of the menu well, able to answer all questions about the meal ingredients, origin, etc. No tie and jacket required but elegant attire and demeanor are highly recommended, i.e. short sleeves and old sport shoes would probably be inappropriate. Bridges is ideal location for couples dining. I would suggest eating at Bridges with half-full tummy yet empty palette because all dishes we ordered were petite and subtly flavored. Champagne blended with passion fruit was an exotic and tasty introduction to the remainder of a long dining experience. The ambience was never loud and lighting was good throughout the dinner. Elegant and modern Dutch dining not not ideal for a backpacker budget. GooglePlace - June 2017
