The food was great, we had great seats at the window upstairs, which can give a beautiful romantic view of the canals at night. The staff is italian, and one of our servers in particular was very friendly, always answering with a smile and polite mannerisms, apologizing even if the guests made a mistake.
As usual with restaurants, this too has overpriced wine. (can be upcharged up to 300%!) As long as you're aware of that, the rest is great.

Cozy, great food, delicious wine, very friendly and entertaining waiters.
A bit pricier than the places I go to usually but not too expensive got what you get (around 18 euros a dish).

The food was mediocre, the value was poor, but above all, the service and dining experience were horrendous.
The waiting staff spoke loudly in Italian to each other, exchanging rude and insulting remarks about the customers in the restaurant, and our table in particular.
They were standing within 5ft of us, laughing and joking at our expense.
The group of men were unapologetic when we told them we spoke italian and were offended by their remarks. "Sometimes we like to joke around towards the end of the shift..."
We left 80% of our plates, paid our (€96!!) bill, and left the restaurant with a bitter taste.

We were craving Italian food, so we took a risk on showing up without a reservation, and they were super kind and able to find us a table. Shortly after we arrived it got really busy. The service was consistent, and the food was excellent. Prices were fair for what we felt we got, and in comparison to neighbouring restaurants. Bruschetta was the highly of my meal.

Staff were very pleasent and helpful. Food was delicious. Waiter made an error when ordering food and one of our parties dinner was brought out about 40 minutes before the rest. Have to say staff were very apologetic and went the extra mile ensuring our night was fantastic. Top marks for making a wrong right.
