There was one very unfriendly waitress. I guess she was afraid we were just going to sit and not order anything. Afterwards a nice one came. That made it a whole lot better. GooglePlace - August 2017

Place is nice but not exceptional, like food that is quite standard. Best thing is position, in Rembrandtplein. GooglePlace - March 2017

The place was decent but I'm writing to share my horrible experience with the toilet attendant, I believe her name is Natasha. She asked for 50 cent every time to use the facilities and even though my friend gave her €5, she was still harassing us. When I explained that I did not think she was providing a good customer service by doing this, she became very rude and aggressive. I asked for her name and that is when things got even worse - she threatened my friend that she would call the police on us (over 50 cent?! I'm sure the police would be thrilled to come over for that) and then complained to the manager that WE were threatening her by asking her name... Honestly it doesn't matter how long you have been working at a place, if you cannot master BASIC customer service, it not only makes you look bad, but the establishment as well. Horrible experience.
