Lovely chill place, Ruyschkamer is a fun combination of Ruyschstraat, the street where it's located, and huiskamer (Dutch word for living room, aka the place where homely "gezelligheid" takes place, this is exactly what Ruyschkamer stands for, all hosted by a spacious bar with loads of living room seatings, comfy sofas and chairs. Their beer collection is definitely worth mentioning, all displayed in a huge fridge with about 50 different bottled beers. I've been there about 10 times in the past few years and it's always a warm welcome from the friendly and professional staff. This is definitely a spot for locals, barely any tourists and it's next to the famous Amstel so by all means, drop by, say hi, have some beers and some cheers in this supergezellige bar!
