Thousands and thousands of beers and champagnes accompanied by food that is the face of local cultures; I’ve seen it all and I’ve tasted a lot. If you would ask me what my all-time favorites are, I really couldn’t give you a straight answer. Every dish or drink has its own story and they’re all priceless to me. You should experience it yourself and I see it as my mission to encourage that. My bar is the first in Amsterdam to serve you hoptails and grapetails; cocktails based on beer and bubbles. If you’re in for a treat, please try the street food dishes on my menu. Every dish is served street style, because that’s the way I experienced it and that’s the way I want you to experience it. You will taste the unbeatable recipe of falafel from Lebanon, authentic roti from Suriname and truffle pizza from Italy. And what to think of the hotdog buns of my American friend William and some of the local delicacies in Amsterdam, such as “broodje tartaar”? Food was very tasty. However after trying to order an appetizer several times before the meal I was told it could only come out with the rest of the food. 2 orders were wrong and the some how got 1 of those orders wrong a second time. Also it's really not worth the price. GooglePlace - November 2017

The Pad Thai was really disappointing but the fish and chips were nice. The Restaurant changes its name from Esprit Caffe to Dubois after 6 pm! Foursquare - August 2017

I ordered delivery through deliveroo and it was extremely disappointing. The quinoa dish had no discernable avocado or hummus as the description stated and was quite dry with no sauce. My husband said his chilli con carne was okay... not great but okay. Really disappointing for how expensive it was. The chilli con carne still would have been overpriced at 11, but it cost 17... same with the quinoa bowl - would have paid 7 at most. GooglePlace - July 2017
