Emblematic tower with great views and interesting story. There are several venues within the tower: ground floor has Gibson guitars store and offices, and a bar, then 10 floors of hotel rooms, and 3 floors of private venues. Also three restaurants, of which two are accesible by general public. Access to roof terrace costs whopping €12.50! But there are crazy motorized swings that actually swing over the city, creating an amazing sensation! GooglePlace - March 2018

Beautiful views, the swing is a very nice experience as well. The staff are very helpful taking pictures for you while you’re on the swing. I would definitely recommend it! GooglePlace - February 2018

Pretty often visited. The view is stunning of course and the food is good. Don’t expect too much from it though, you don’t come here for the delicate dishes but for the view and the vibes. The prices are pretty normal for Amsterdam: euro 30 for main course only. Cocktails you can get for around 12 euro. When it’s crowded, the service is noticeably worse: it doesn’t only take long for serving drinks and food but several times we also received cold food, like yesterday, or they forget to bring you the spoon for soup. Maybe they had too less staff but every time I went there I have the feeling they really need to rush for basically everything. Another point for improvement is that when you order a table, it is almost in the center and not near to the window with the views. Strange because if you going to eat with 4 to 8 people and spend quite some money on drinks, cocktails and food you expect also a good location in the restaurant. Furthermore they don’t have discount cards so it doesn’t mater if you are visiting it once per lifetime or 4 times per month like me, you are not rewarded for the fact you are returning customer. Overall a very cool and nice place, although I have to say they can improve in service! GooglePlace - January 2018
