We dined here as a party of six, so I got a good idea of most of their culinary offering, including starters, mains and side dishes. Sadly, the quality of the food was generally mediocre at best, and downright shoddy at worst. I personally ordered a rib eye steak which came with a jacket potato. The potato was bland, and was not even remotely salted. It was also fairly hard rather than fluffy. However, the biggest disappointment was the steak, which was sinewy and full of gristle. Although it was grilled to order, it was quite flavourless and not very juicy considering that it was a rib eye. The rack of veal ribs appeared to be the best of the grills we ordered. Although the waitress who took our order was friendly enough, the staff who served the order didn't seem to care much whether we enjoyed our meals or not. Even after they got our order wrong, they did not just get right to it and fix it, but started to come up with excuses as to why they did what they did, and why they couldn't simply go to the kitchen and get the bowl of fries they didn't bring the first time round. They also left us sat there for 25 minutes after we had finished eating, and didn't come until three of us waved continuously at the waitress. Finally, the toilets were unhygienic and smelled really bad. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place. For Muslim travellers, it's at least halal, though it's not the best. I went there yesterday with my girlfriend and we ordered an hamburger with chips and the spareribs for her with two cokes. The 1 star I am giving is for two reasons: one is that the spareribs were not made with quality meat and as well the hamburger was like "putting ingredients randomly without effort" for prices which are decent but still meh.. and especially the second reason is the workers, who at the end (when we already finished and even standed up close to the cash desk) simply ignored us without saying even "wait sir we come to you" or at least looking at us and intend something.. we literally waited for 10 minutes before one of them decided to come to us and say "are you finished?" We could easily have gone out of that place and apparently they did not care. After all, even if the food and experience is like 2/3 stars that made 1 for us. GooglePlace - December 2017

Not the cleanest place, and the bathroom is shared, but the steaks are great. They also serve hamburgers even if it doesn't appear in the menus got. Staff speaks good English and is very friendly. GooglePlace - November 2017
