Description

Fantastic restaurant, Top class food, way above our expectations, really helpful and friendly staff, and all in a very comfortable setting ... We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and the food was really excellent, we will definitely be going back again and again ... GooglePlace - August 2017

Love this place! Such a pleasure to have them in the neighbourhood. They recommend 5 to 6 dishes for 2 people but we actually were already full after 4 dishes. We had the seabass which was really flavourful, roasted aubergine was very delightful, roasted little gem and veal were very nice too. Slightly expensive but they do deliver the taste. And great wines! Lots of options for Vegetarians too. Service was nice and it has a gezellig atmosphere. Very local "Amsterdam". GooglePlace - August 2017

As a veggie, this was heaven! Shared dining is the way forward. Though it's recommended to eat 5-6 dishes and the tasting menu starts at 6 dishes, my mom and I would have had enough at 3-4. The flavours, herbs and preperation surprised us positively. Well thought of and quality ingredients. Super friendly (and handsomely brown eyed) staff. Open kitchen. Small, cozy... Wonderful. AVOID!! They serve crazy overpriced food which is not even well cooked. (sometimes quality forgives). For ex they offer a rib-eye at 30 eur that is just the piece of meat without any side dishes. And it was burned and full of fat. Wines are expensive too. They definitely make a good premium. You have way better options in the Baasjes area to enjoy a good dinner at a decent price or a gastronomic meal. GooglePlace - May 2017
