This restaurant should get a Michelin star! Besides the fantastic view and the rotating platform which brings you to every view of Amsterdam, the food is exquisite! I was surprised really. We had a 6-course menu with original dishes. Executed so well and fine decoration on the dishes. Perfect understanding of combining flavors, I was enjoying every dish, and I'm very critical about it. The service was very good, she had some good recommendation for the wines. The kitchen is open and you can see how well organized the kitchen crew is and how they prepare your food with care. It's a long sit, but the food, the view and atmosphere of the restaurant makes it all worth it. I would def come back! GooglePlace - August 2017

Make no mistake this place is very expensive, but you get amazing, original food such as a fake pearl which pops open in your mouth and tastes like a margarita. First time in my life that I tasted thymus and actually liked it. The view is nothing short of superb in the tallest building in Amsterdam. Chairs are also very comfortable, not a place to bring little kids though. GooglePlace - July 2017

The food is slightly below average for fine dining standards. Service staff was nice. The amazing view of Amsterdam is what you mostly pay for. What was really bad is that we ordered and paid for 6 course menu, only after leaving realized we never got served one of the dishes!!! GooglePlace - June 2017

I am a Food lover, amateur chef, have visited many fine dining restaurants and am very critical when it comes to my food. I visited Moon and do not get many of the reviews here, so decided to write a little review. Before one visits Moon, you have to understand that this restaurant only opened a year ago. So the kitchen and service are still streamlining their process. Having said that, the level of quality of the service, the food and wine pairings (some untraditional, funky wines) were already outstanding and could reach Michelin star level (Seriously). We had the 6-course meal (with half glasses of wine, which I can recommend) which had diverse dishes and perfectly sized portions. Service was outstanding and timing between meals coulnd't be better, if you don't mind a semi-long sit (which isn't bad, considering the views you get when te sun in setting). So, if you enjoy an amazing view, very well made dishes, and are prepared to spend around 90-100 euro's per person, you are in for a treat! I would definitely visit again. GooglePlace - June 2017
