I've been there 2 days ago with my girlfriend ( it was my birthday). The worst gift that I could have received - bad staff. It's bad when not even your employees smile once for your costumers, but it's even worse when your costumer has to wait almost 2 hours to have a meal. Staff super slow and rude ( except a blonde waiter that was really helpful and nice). You need to sort it out, because the food was good, but you're staff ruined it and for that price... Never again! Perfect! Willing to work me in, despite being full and me not having a reservation. Great service. Great people. Great food. GooglePlace - September 2017

Arrogant staff and boss. Can speak German but they does not speak. All the contacts outside the restaurant were super friendly. Food mediocre in that ristorante. Never again!! GooglePlace - July 2017

Things were going fairly well until we tried to order dessert. Food was good and service rather nice. I guess the queue of people building up at the door started to make the management nervous and their rather anti-commercial reaction was to snatch the menus from our hands before we could even order dessert or some festive grappa. That alone was bad enough, but what the hell, we just helped our kids to finish their ice creams (that had been miraculously brought to our table before the craze began) and proceeded to clear the premises. My 6yo was just putting the final touch to her little drawing when a rather angry-looking woman who had already started to vigorously wipe the table clean almost kicked us out barking "I need the table NOW" and almost threw the cleaning rag to our face. Bear in mind that we had just footed a 300€ bill in this charming place. I lived 10 years in Paris and that performance would not have been out of place in one of those legendary unwelcoming Parisian brasseries where the waiters look at you with undisguised contempt when you order a bottle of tap water. I'm still waiting for the doggy bag with the leftover of my kids' pizza BTW. Long story short: never again. GooglePlace - April 2017
