We ordered coffee, which first of all, took at least 20 minutes to arrive while the place was practically empty. We had a cappucino and a latte machiatto and they were both EXTREMELY hot - it tasted like burnt coffee beans & there was steam coming off of it. Since it still didnt cool off after like 15 min, we told the waitress and she responded very passively and couldn't tell us whether this was the way it was served.. she then unwillingly went to get us new coffee and then TO OUR SURPRISE the owner came to our table to mansplain to us how coffee is made .. he didn't listen or say sorry and offered tea instead of fixing the coffee (i work at a cafe and i know how a coffee is made and this one was absolutely disgusting) - but this wouldnt have been such a disaster if the service was at least a bit KIND to us!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The menu looked great so we decided to try the place. We all went for the fondue. Which costs between 15€ to 20€ depending on the flavor. Quite pricey so we expected something really tasty. The fondue arrives: a small portion of cheese, few pieces of bread on a plate and a small bowl of veggies. For 3 people. It wasn't a lot of bread so we figured it'll be over soon. Indeed, few minutes later after we each dropped a few pieces in the melting cheese, the first plate was gone. The waitress sees it and asks if we would like some more. Yes please. We keep eating and then when we're almost done we run out of bread again and also of veggies. I politely wave at the waitress, she smiles and asks "would you like more bread?". We said "yes", just a few please and also a few veggies.
After we're done eating, we get the bill and to our surprise it had 2 extra items invoiced. We wonder and the waitress said "yes, we gave you 1 more bread and 1 more veggie bowl". Errr, you never said it was extra, only offered it.
That wasn't fair at all, they never mentioned it on the menu or said it. Their only response was "sorry it's not our decision, but the boss"
They didn't want to change the bill, we left with the feeling of being ripped off.
