Amazing quality food. Fine dining. Very affordable comparable class. Attention to detail good. Unique flavors. Unique experience !! What could be improved : the bread....either make it very soft or just discontinue it. I did not thing the bread matched the quality of the overall meal. And 2: one of the course was the monk fish or rock fish...i forgot the exact name but i found it to be distasteful...maybe just me...but too fishy and salty for me. Everything else was perfect. This place is a Google Maps 5* spot for sure - you have to give it that much. Within its league of fine dining restaurants though, while Vermeer blows me away with its friendly and hospitable service as well as regular servings of well thought out and masterfully executed flavor combinations, the 4.5 hour duration is taxing for a mere 6 course meal. My personal favorite was the smoked wild duck main. GooglePlace - September 2017

The food was well prepared and very tasty, a bit uninventive though. The service is very professional. friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there's constantly someone taking plates or bringing food, so it's kinda hard to have a calm conversation for a time. Certainly enjoyable experience, whether it's worth the 250EUR for two persons, I'm not quite sure about. GooglePlace - September 2017

The service was good but the food is terrible and very overpriced. Sometimes it's great to spend good money on good food - this is NOT the case here. We did not leave hungry, but did not enjoy our meal either. The meal took over 3 hours. Save your money and time and stay away. GooglePlace - September 2017
