Best sushi in the Netherlands. Sat at the chef's counter which allows you to order directly from the chef. The ingredients speak for themselves; fresh and top quality. Simply delicious. The chef really takes pride in his profession and gives suggestions on what to eat with and without soy sauce so you can experience the flavours the way they are meant to be experienced. Try the sparkling sake as an appetizer! Absolutely delicious. Had a wonderful evening at Yamazato. GooglePlace - May 2017

If you tried Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, skip this one, you will be very deceived, which was my case. The best part of the dinner was toro tuna sashimi. But weirdly for a Michelin star restaurant , the best thing in the dinner did not require any cooking.Deceived by black cod - too salty, the natural taste and texture of the fish were assassinated. Then the beef rolls... I trust my weak stomach to spot out bad quality food. Well this time I finished the dinner in pain due to whatever was used to grill and season the beef rolls. The sake ice cream for the desert had nothing special. The texture was very watery and not creamy. The wine extremely overpriced for it's quality, but well this is a common thing for Dutch restaurants. I expected a very rafinated type of food here, but instead it was pretty brutal. Will never come back or advice this place. The waiters are indeed very chatty and friendly, but well, we come to déguster and not chat. GooglePlace - May 2017
