It’s now the second time I have been here and I had the same experience. While it’s super cozy and the food is great, the service needs to be improved by far. I have to go to the bar and say 3 times hello to get a hello back, then need to wait about 15-20 min. to get their attention to even order a drink. If you like good food definitively go, but don’t expect any friendly service. GooglePlace - January 2018

Personnel with eerie and suspicious aesthetics, impolite and outright rudeness. Worst experience, the food was not that bad but the service is horrible. Absolutely no attention given to us, probably because we were brown and didn't look white germans? well, no wonder there was a swatsika somewhere. they fought with us because they thought we were not giving any tips whereas the waitress was not giving us any attention that's why she thought we're not giving any. wouldn't recommend it at all, and I would definitely dig into their ideologies. Excellent place. The best vegeterian place in Berlin. The food is fantastic and the beer very good. The price are normal and the food portions are more than satisfying. Congratulation to the personnel and the chef for the place. GooglePlace - November 2017

Super unfriendly staff. My friend and I had to wait a long time for the waitress, when I asked for a coffee with milk on ice, I was told they didn't serve it in such a hateful way I have never ever experienced before. The coffee itself was good, but my friend and I were so shocked by the treatment, that we really didn't enjoy it. Not having something on the menu is okay and normal, and I know from experience that customers can sometimes be annoying (which honestly, I don't think was the case), but that's not an excuse for being that rude. Other people were treated nicely though, maybe the waitress was just prejudiced against young people, who knows. GooglePlace - August 2017
