2 hour waiting time was reduced to 20 minutes despite the fact that place looked half empty. Mentioned that all empty places were resevered. The waiter should flexibility but finding us a table
Service/hospitality is by German standards good and the food is actually genuinely tasty. I'd come backGooglePlace - October 2017
Good food, but not best service and tricky pricing.
We waited for a long while to get menus, then got them ourselves, then waited to order, and went in to order our lunch (we were sitting outside), then when we wanted to order again, had to go back in to order at the bar. Where is service?
Food - good chef.. (better than most (not all) places in Berlin).
Its ok to charge more for RICE. but 2 EUROS for a very small portion is ridiculous.
Hence had to order rice again * this time i complained and got a better (normal) portion.
Their prices on FOODORA are OBSCENELY high *(80% higher at times)*
overall . good food, but not a happy experience.GooglePlace - October 2017
Buenísima comida india y lo mejor es que hay muchas opciones sin gluten. Lo recomiendo sin dudaFoursquare - September 2017
LOVE THIS PLACE. They have a great selection of South Indian dishes that are beyond delicious. Their cola with cumin and other spices is an interesting take on cola. Their desserts are also to die for!
The interior decoration is also wonderful and adds to the atmosphere in which you will dine on delicious food. Portions are large, so you won't be disappointed!GooglePlace - September 2017
This was clearly one of the best dishes I ate in Berlin and God knows how many I already had. The food is spicy and my chicken curry was hot that's true but I'm used to eat African food from my mother so this was not too hot for me. I think that bad comments come from people who couldn't stand how hot it was, therefore they weren't able to enjoy it and taste all the spices these dishes have to offer. GooglePlace - September 2017
tasty dosas and indian food. price mediumFoursquare - September 2017

Well the food tastes good here. But I went with my non Indian friends and they were not at all happy about the spicy food. In fact the food which was mentioned medium hot was pretty hot. They didn't ate anything and was so upset. I am from south India and i think the food was a bit too spicy. And the waiting time is horrible here. I ordered Biriyani and its was pretty good. But there was too much of spicy and aroma stuffs in that small bowl. I think its an overkill.GooglePlace - June 2017
They now do very hot curries - pricier than your regular berlindians but worth it! #schwarfFoursquare - May 2017
Beware large dried red chillies on the dosa - they're really hot!Foursquare - May 2017
very. very spicy. the food is quite ok, but hard to be sure since it is so hot, you cry your eyes out.Foursquare - April 2017

Sehr lecker und gute Preise. Für manche Leute ist pikant hier zu scharf. Eher klein.Foursquare - February 2017
Not sure why the ratings here are so low. I'm Indian and great, authentically spiced Indian street food is hard to find. Chutnify nails it.Foursquare - February 2017
Nice dosas and really good Indian street food generally in the middle of Pberg. Really nice place and yummy food!Foursquare - February 2017
Glutenfree options are marked on the menu. In general the food looked better than it tasted. You would expect different spices and interesting flavors but it all kind of tasted the sameFoursquare - January 2017
Die Dosa sind die besten!Foursquare - December 2016
I've always liked dosas, but I wouldn't say theirs are all that great. It's also overpriced for the portions.Foursquare - December 2016
Don't believe the low ratings - it's likely because Germans aren't used to authentic Indian cuisine. Went here with an Indian colleague - reminded him of his mother's food. A rare gem in berlin!Foursquare - December 2016
Limited choice of non-spicy dishes. But still you can find a lot too eat. And try Indian Rum - it is just great.Foursquare - December 2016
