Great Asian food at fair prices. Make sure you reserve a table GooglePlace - December 2017

Even though we had to wait a little for our table (which we had previously reserved), everything was great. Both the food and the drinks are delicious. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. I would definitely go there again on my next visit to Berlin. GooglePlace - November 2017

Dr. To's is loud and lively. I have never been to Japan but that is how I imagine an Izakaya to be! What I like about it, is that it is not overly Japanese but fits quite perfect to the others bars around Weserstraße. But it is a bit cleaner and has more chic. What I really love is the food and the drinks that I could eat everyday if I had the necessary spare money! Their Japanese tapas are super delicious and they are the only place all year long that pops in my mind if I am craving for Matcha ice cream! GooglePlace - November 2017

We reserved and get their confirmation. When we arrived they had no table for us and they refused to sit us in any. I understand excuses like "it is an IT problem", but the less i expect like a customer is being kicked out without making any effort to sit us. We would have waited without problems. I cant recommend a restaurant where customers are treated like that Very bad handled GooglePlace - November 2017

this place is run by either racist or rude clueless people. I went there alone and was told there was no seating, though I could see empty spaces. They said I could sit outside (it was late at night and chilly and nobody sat outside). There were only two names on the waiting list that hadn't been crossed-out and nobody was waiting to be seated. I asked when would a table be free. They shrugged and shook their heads as though they did not want me. I asked again, again they shrugged and didn't say a word. I left, but as I unlocked my bike, another group went inside. They talked for a few minutes to the man behind the bar and then were seated. I went back inside to ask how come the group after me was accommodated. This time I spoke in English. The waitress shrugged and ignored me again, and the guy behind the bar lashed out at me. When I looked at the waiting list the two names were still there. Anyway, this place has no customer service and made me feel racially profiled. If you are brown, Iranian or middle-eastern looking and do not wear any hip clothes, stay away. That's their message. GooglePlace - October 2017
