This restaurant is overhyped and way overpriced. I ordered a side dish as an appetizer and a salad and two sides as my main. A bit eclectic, sure, but for €45 you'd think the staff could figure this out. I received the salad and only one side as my main dish, and a second side finally showed up 10 minutes later. The best part? My appetizer finally appeared after the other 6 people at my table got dessert. The waitress first tried to suggest I hadn't mentioned the missing food (though I had), then suggested one of the others at my table had eaten it (they definitely did not - bok choi is more than an acquired taste), and, to top it all off, didn't take anything off the bill for the inconvenience. My tip: guests, go to McDonald's instead. The food is much cheaper and the quality is more reliable. My tip to the staff: you can go to McDonald's too and learn how to serve customers properly. There really isn't one positive thing I have to say about this bar. It all begins with simply entering the bar. You're not allowed to enter through the hotel. You have to walk around to a door located in a dark alley, where restaurant and bar guests have been mugged. Nonetheless, the hotel doesn't see the need to change this policy or install lighting. You then ring a bell, and once someone finally opens the door, you're asked to show the clothing you have on under your jacket. Seriously? If you are privilaged enough to make it past the door man, you enter a bar filled with the door man's friends and terribly uncomfortable seating on cheap and dirty stools. The drinks are sub-par, small and overpriced, and you can forget asking the poorly informed waitstaff for recommendations. Don't waste your time and money in this joint. Within a stone's throw are six or seven other award winning cocktail bars, with a far more pleasant crowd, comfortable seating and great cocktails. GooglePlace - November 2017
