We booked a table for 12 people in this restaurant that was suggested by some friends who live in Berlin. Our goal was to try the famous schnitzel. As soon as we arrived, the waiter informed us that we could order only dishes marked whit the chef hat logo on the menu. The schnitzel was not marked with such logo. We tried to explain to the waiter that we were willing to wait all the time they need as long as we could try the schnitzel. The waiter told us it was not possible. So we gave another look at the menu and we decided to try the spetzler. Right before we started to order, the waiter told us that the they had ran out of spetzler. So we decided to leave. In order to let us stay, the waiter changed his mind and told us that the spetzler would not have been available for the next table. We felt offended by such tease, and left for real. We visited Kurhaus Korsakow during Silvester without booking and were given seats anyway despite being heavily booked. Very friendly waiters with very good English. However, we ordered mushroom noodles, which tasted very good, but the portion was ridiculously small. We also ordered Goulash: The size was okay, but the meat was very chewy. As compensation we were offered a little joghurt, which was very nice. Also peppermint liquor, also very nice. GooglePlace - January 2018

In my opinion it's just an ordinary restaurant. Atmosphere was ordinary (boring decorated and quite noisy - not having the German "Kurhaus"-coziness that i expected). The personal was nice, the head waiter spoke voluntarily English as soon he realized that my mates are not from here. The food tasted quite "simple". Maybe due to Xmas days there was more stress in the kitchen but for the price you can expect definitely more. GooglePlace - December 2017

Went with a group of 20. We'd booked in advance so they were prepared for us in as much as we were given a limited number of options we could order. Unfortunately, the food took well over an hour to arrive and was cold in some cases. Several people commented that the portions were too small, which I find totally unacceptable considering the prices. The service was friendly but amateurish and my complaint was greeted with an apology, but nothing more. There are plenty of other restaurants in this part of town. I'll be going to one of those next time. GooglePlace - December 2017
