This unassuming establishment produces high quality falafel. I have yet to sample their other dishes. The falafel itself is of equivalent quality, if not better, to all falafel I have encountered. I accept this praise may be rejected by some more judgemental readers of this review due the very generous cost of the dish which is priced at 1 euro per wrap. But it's just true.
The falafel is wrapped by that classic Arabic, slightly elastic, thin bread. The wrap then contains lettuce, tomato, pickles and tahini. Simple, but very delicious and it makes way for the texture and flavours of the falafel.
I notice another reviewer complaining about the service. I certainly enjoyed a very welcoming and warm treatment from the patron. The patron even opened the window and proceeded to give me some pickled chillis on the house after I had begun to eat my wrap.
Also, I don't mean to trigger conflict with my fellow reviewer who said they felt unwelcome, but am I meant to feel sorry that they walk into a fast food joint, pay 1 euro for a wrap and they aren't treated like a king? But this is besides the point because I was very warmly received and thoroughly enjoyed my time eating here.
I look forward to visiting Libanon again and to sample their other offerings such as the aubergine, cauliflower and also the shawarma.
