Even though "Reste fidele" is a French restaurant, there's nothing French about it, except for, maybe, the menu, which is not so easily understandable, for if you don't speak either French or German, it would be hard to chose something.
Moreover, it's not a place for vegetarians, and they have few vegan options (one or two). Yet the "omnivores" would appreciate the wide range of various kinds of meat dishes and seafood as well as a wine list. But as for the food, you're likely to be disappointed: the prices are higher than in the most places though food is totally plain - even the bread seems not to be baked in the kitchen but bought in the cheap supermarket, which is not acceptable for any restaurant. To be perfectly accurate, neither the food nor the service deserve the money, since the waiters are not as friendly and deft as they are supposed to be.
Eventually, all these things spoil the general impression. I would not recommend "Reste fidele" to anyone. There is a plenty of other restaurants nearby so you'd better opt for any of those.
