Till The Cows Come Home is a Vegetarian Slow Food restaurant located in Berlin-Mitte, in a redesigned shipping container. On the menu of TTCCH are fresh juices, smoothies and "free radical shots"- ginger, lemon or mint extracts against free radicals served in a flask. The smoothie "Max Mon Amour" (inspired by the film, in which Charlotte Rampling falls in love with an ape,) combines banana, lemon, Bourbon vanilla, cardamom and ginger. There are salads, home-made desserts, sandwiches with rustic bread from the Sironi bakery and green teas. All home-cooked and also available as take away - in sustainably produced packaging. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, international specialties from ayurvedic to koscher, from macrobiotic to Mediterranean – the products are mostly sourced from regional, sustainable and biological farming. The credo of TTCCH is: Healthy food has to taste good to make you happy.
