The food is nice but the wait is too long. For pizza you have to have a lot of patience. I prefer a regular restaurant where the food is brought rather than I having to queue for food. GooglePlace - August 2017

Ordered a lasagna and it took a few minutes to prepare. Food was okay, coffee and the dessert was nice especially the tiramisu and illy coffee. Only complaint was that they took our drinks away before it was finished. GooglePlace - July 2017

Extremely bad and unfriendly service and very long waiting time for the food, 55 minutes for a pizza after have waited in a queue to order for 15. Food was barely ok and not worth the wait. Bathroom was in very bad condition. Do not go there! GooglePlace - July 2017

Vapiano is one of the places I usually go to if I'm looking for easy, affordable quality food. I went there on June 30 ordering Aglio e Olio with Penne. The pasta should have been cooked slightly longer. However, the garlic was burnt and the chili wasn't exactly cut into small pieces to mix it under but I had pretty much simply half a chili in my bowl of pasta. I also noticed staff being fairly slow. This isn't the first time this happened so fingers crossed Vapiano will sort it out and maybe train their staff better. GooglePlace - July 2017

Decent food, catastrophic service. Only go there if you have 90 minutes to while away and are willing to stand in line for 45 minutes and watch food being cooked for other people. If you are going with friends, expect to not be talking to them (you’ll be standing in line, or half of you will be eating while the others are waiting for their food or already done) – We went there 5 June 2017, four of us ordered pizza simultaneously, one of us ordered a pizza two minutes later, and one of us went to the pasta counters. Of the four pizzas, two were ready in about 30 minutes. The one pizza ordered later was ready at the same time. The other two pizzas that were part of the first four-pizza order took an extra 20+ minutes and then required another five-minute wait in line while the staff were busy preparing other pizzas for the oven – the ready-to-be-picked-up pizzas were just lined up behind them and waiting. (Complaining twice made no difference.) – Each of the approximately 8 pasta counters had about 5 people lined up. The problem is that one never knows if each of the 5 people in front of you are ordering one meal, or 5 meals each. We ended up having three pizza eaters line up in front of the pasta counters, in addition to our one pasta eater, for one pasta order, because nobody can predict which line takes 2 hours and which line takes 10 minutes. Horrifically bad organization: it would be easy to have one line for all pasta counters, and the next available chef calling for the next person in line. GooglePlace - June 2017
