Nice atmosphere and decor. The food was acceptable. GooglePlace - August 2015

I read about The á la Menthe in a book and wanted to come here as a tea drinker. We visited on a cold and rainy day, and the place offered just the right feeling. It was warm and cozy, colorful and bold. We each had a chai; it was expensive but delicious. We also shared a falafel plate; it was expensive and mediocre, though did offer multiple tastes. Should I be lucky enough to visit Copenhagen again, I would happily come back here. I would also happily recommend it to most anyone. Stop in for a tea (versus the food), especially if it's a little chilly outside. GooglePlace - February 2015

Decor is better than the food. Stick w tea, coffee and cake. Falafels are dry and microwave heated. Looks better than taste or texture. Foursquare - July 2014

Great little café. You can get a small dish for 50 kr and they have real mint tea. GooglePlace - October 2013
