Visited on my own late on a Thursday night. Was expecting something good based on the reputation and Michelin star(s). What I did not expect was perhaps the best meal thus far in my life. Every dish was like a warm breakup on good terms; it left me feeling newly empty, with fond memories, and feeling as if it were somehow my fault (it was, for finishing then too fast). The wine pairing was excellent too, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. Yes, it left a hole in my wallet afterward. Yes, it took three hours to complete, which seemed even longer as I sat there on my own, not daring to check my phone. And yes, it left me questioning if I were even worthy to be there, whether due to my attire, table matters, or overall state of well-being. Nevertheless, I walked out the door with a grin ear-to-ear and clutching a copy of my menu that they printed out for me, and I honestly wondered whether I wanted to brush my teeth that night or not. Tasted their special aphrodisiac dish for Valentines. The interior is cozy and you slow down once inside. Right at the back, there is a special table that is one pice cut from a giant Amazonian tree stub. This is rumored as the most popular table, and I was lucky and tried it. It added to the beautiful food. Especially the dessert was well composed - a piece of art. The fish was a surprise. It is served uncooked on a 200 degree stone, and mere seconds later it is cooked and you transfer it to the main plate. Coming from Sydney. This place is slightly overprice for the food but not the service. There was a couple of dishes from the 1350dkk deguestions i didn't bother finishing. Was there yesterday which was a tue. There was only 4ppl dining. Would not come back. GooglePlace - January 2017

Nice decor and welcoming personnel. 7 plates with creativity but somehow unbalanced taste: at time very (too?) spicy, often too salted (we drank a lot after the diner!) but all dishes had a story. The best was the slow cooked suckling pig: very tender and melting in the mouth. So why 3 stars only? The price makes the overall an average value for money. GooglePlace - October 2015
