Description

"Thoughtfulness can be tasted". Geranium is a lucid, light and dynamic kitchen. Our mission is to create meals that involve all our senses - restores, challenges and enriches. Dynamic means force and stands for the living formative forces of nature. These forces are not visible, but their biologic "footprints" are. The effects can be seen if one learns to observe and understand the connections between the formative forces and the physical matter of all organisms.

One of the best service and dining restaurant we have been given to see. Exquisite staff, easy going and young Professionals. The food was divine and delicately plated. 17 courses of journey in a spectacular universe. The wine list is impressive with a smart mix between natural wines and grand crus. The restaurant tour during the diner was a wonderful surprise and a great unique experience. Thanks again to you all for receiving us as a part of this beautiful adventure. I've never been to Noma but jumped at a chance to dine at this 3 Michelin starred restaurant. Was not disappointed, the flavours were astonishingly good and subtle. The tasting menu was full but not too filling which was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. the service was impeccable and the waiters moved in unison. Beautiful. Geranium is #1 restaurant in Denmark and can be one of the top 10 in Europe We had THE BEST dinner at Geranium is #1 restaurant in Denmark and can be one of the top 10 in Europe. This was a very special experience that will stay with us for a long, long time. Everything was amazing. From the location of the restaurant, the design, service, magnificent dishes and of course - the FOOD which was work of art and the taste of heaven. We did eat before in many Michelin rated restaurants, few are comparable to Geranium. We were invited to tour the kitchen and the wine cellar, both phenomenal. If you can afford it - DO NOT MISS the opportunity! GooglePlace - September 2017
