The staff at this Hard Rock Cafe is really nice. Also, the burgers at Hard Rock Cafe in general are simply amazing. The place is not the cheapest, but definitely worth your money. GooglePlace - January 2018

The shittiest hard rock cafe I've ever visited. We ordered beer and were sold big ones with souvenir glasses included (not for free, of course, and we didn't want them and were never asked if we did). Also, we asked for cleaning our table (it was REALLY sticky when we came) and were ignored 2 or 3 times until actually asked for cloth to do it ourselves - that time bartender finally got to do it. Considering prices in CPH and Hard Rock Cafe itself that was a very upsetting piece of service and experience. GooglePlace - January 2018

Spend New years eve there at the party. We had high expectations, the location looks great and a Friendly staff. There where no extra's available, kitchen was closed. Not even peanuts, crisps or whatever, only expensive drinks. What is a party without something to bite? Apparently, hospitality is not high on the list only profit. Typical American Overrated concept. GooglePlace - January 2018

As all the hard rock cafes I saw, very, very good. Very satisfied. Foursquare - December 2017

My friend and I went here first thing after landing in Copenhagen - not because we heard it was great or anything, but because it was the only good restaurant in sight that was open at 9 pm. Needless to say, the visit paid off, because the food was amazing. The ambience was also pretty great, and the live music playing downstairs was definitely refreshing after 20+ hours of flying. The quantity of the food was too much for the two of us to finish, unfortunately - but if I could, I would have kept munching on those appetisers. GooglePlace - December 2017
