Let me start by saying that I so badly wanted to give 5 stars and I HIGHLY suggest prioritizing this among any place to eat in Copenhagen.
The food was incredible. The scallops were just meh. I didnt like the unripened almonds accompanying it. Just made it too bitter.
The sweetbreads were out of this world. Perfectly cooked. Complemented well with the sauce and mushrooms. Earthy, sweet, savory. Had it all.
The best thing I've eaten while visiting Copenhagen had to be their Duck liver. It had shaved apricots, raspberries and this amazing sauce. It was easily one of the best things I've ever eaten.
Why didn't it get 5 stars? It took forever to get my food. Sadly it was just such a long wait I couldn't give it 5 stars. I only had 4 dishes, all a la cart. I didn't have dessert or any alcohol. Altogether it was about 2.5 hours. Maybe it's am American thing and I'm just not used to the culture. That being said, PLEASE eat here of you get a chance.GooglePlace - September 2017

Visiting this restaurant is another experience in the line of Michelin xxx Star restaurants i visited in Europe. We had 3 starters, 2 cocktails, 2 main and wine.. The food was fine flavored and perfectly structured. In my opinion this team is catching the 2nd Michelin star soon.. after some work on the visual presentation.. Great..
