This was a truly disappointing experience. My wife and I and our two sons (7 and 10) were celebrating a birthday. We knew something was wrong when the kids meals arrived but the adult mains had not shown up after a 15 minute wait. There was no waiter to talk to in this time period so i brought the matter to the attention of the front of house staff. The food finally arrived 25 minutes late and lukewarm. We guess our food was sitting under a lamp for this period of time. We ask for warm food. The same plates are returned 5 minutes later having been given a blast of heat. By this stage, the food was spoiled. We then order dessert. The desserts are brought to the table before any of the previous dirty dishes are removed. We insist the table be cleared. This is done, but there is spillage and my son's eat their desserts from a dirty table. This was a disastrous experience from beginning to end. On reflection, it's clear that the restaurant just doesn't need to try that hard in such a busy tourist location. We expected much, much more from a chain like TFI Friday. Cock's and Cows just round the corner is a vastly superior experience. Stupidity on our part not to go there instead. GooglePlace - April 2017

Ordered a New York Strip, and the first one i got was dry as a bone, although i asked for it medium. The very friendly waiter was quick to apologize, and send it back. Soon after i got a new one, and it was grilled to perfection! Juicy, tender and delicious! I even got a free drink while I waited. Later I found out that they got the orders switched around and someone else got my medium steak. Great beer, nice atmosphere, clean restrooms. "Only" 4 stars because the music was a bit too loud for a conversation. Or maybe i'm just getting old. GooglePlace - March 2017

The Italian burguer was simply amazing, one of the best I've tasted. It's expensive but you eat a lot (and it's not expensive if you compare with the prices of the city). The people working there are really nice and we have a wonderful lunch. GooglePlace - February 2017

The quality of food is beyond haven. This place took the chain TGI and placed it on another level. I have been regularly coming back as it has the best ribs I've ever had. The service is good and the bartenders are well knowledgeable about their craft. Huge selection of cocktails and beers. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys good burger or ribs.
