Umamis køkken er en unik oplevelse: Det er baseret på det japanske køkkens filosofi om naturlige, sæsonbestemte ingredienser, som forstærkes og fremhæves gennem det franske køkkens substans og tradition.

Excellent quality of food and a very nice interior. Service is top notch, something I don't say often in Denmark. Your meal will be a bit on the pricey side, but certainly worth it in my opinion. The restaurant has an intimate feel to it with good acoustics making it easy to have good conversation. I also like the way they've set up their two-person seating, where instead of putting you directly across from another you are seated at a bit of angle sitting closer to one another. Good date spot I reckon. GooglePlace - November 2017

Went here on a Tuesday night for a business dinner and it was the tables were all filled. The place is very chic and trendy with coat check as soon as you get in. There is a top shelf bar downstairs where you can grab drinks before being escorted to your table. The dining area is far from the bar and a lot of thought was put in the layout of the restaurant. The seating area is very roomy and is not cramped. In regards to food, the portions are all rather small and if you don't order the chefs course, I recommend ordering at least 3 plates per person. I had the prime rib, the duck, and roast beef, which were all well done and elegantly prepared. GooglePlace - November 2017

I like this restaurant. A bit dark inside. Super service, good combinations and quality of food. Not cheap, nice restaurants in Copenhagen is always expensive. Try Omakase menu and morino zen kokteyl. Foursquare - September 2017
