Was completely ignored by servers. Saw 2 other tables leave because no one came to take their order. Had to go to the host and ask if we could place an order. Our server did not know what was included in the lunch menu so we wasted time while he tried to figure it out. Food was alright and a good price for the lunch combo. Would not recommend for lunch unless you have over an hour to waste for a burger. GooglePlace - August 2017

We got our meal a full five minutes before our drinks arrived. They'd mixed up a meal, but fixed this quickly. Food was nice enough, gaining the restaurant a star, but when we asked for an extra coca cola, the waiter walked away. After asking three more times, we decided to just take the bill. Again, they ignored our request twice and busied themselves elsewhere. If it were particularly busy, I would excuse this, but there were plenty of empty tables. We eventually paid at the bar (half an hour after asking for a simple drink!) and left. They've gone all out on decor and hired absolutely useless staff - looks aren't everything! An interesting find right in Florence! We went out of amusement, but also enjoyed the food and atmosphere. All the waitresses wore rollerskates. GooglePlace - May 2017

Went in just for a burger to fill the void and was impressed by the size of my meal for not much money (7euro for a big cheese burger and lots of curly fries). The good is of decent enough quality and the staff were helpful. GooglePlace - May 2017

Being American, I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant. We were craving a burger and fries among all of the pastas and pizzas in Florence. First off, the mozzarella sticks were served with a spicy ranch as opposed to marinara sauce - but not a huge deal. Then I ordered a veggie burger, they came back 20 mins later to tell me they didn't have any. Wasn't bothered by the lack of availability as much as the time it took for them to tell me. I ordered a mac and cheese which they also said they didn't have (which is weird.. no pasta and cheese in Italy?). My travel mate got a Caesar salad which was DOUSED In dressing and was entirely too salty. The "50's decor" consists of license plates from the USA issued in the 90s ... and there was a Super Bowl flyer from 2006. Now the staff was another horror tale- we obviously only spoke English and it took 15 mins for someone to offer us an English menu. Only for a random waiter to come by 10 mins later, speak Italian and rip one of ours away out of our hand (I'm assuming they didn't have many and were giving it to another English speaking guest). The waiters and waitresses can't be bothered, only come to place your order, hand you food and then you need to hunt someone down for the bill. I truly believe that the majority of the reviews are from people who haven't even had American food, or even to the extent of those of us from there. I'm giving it 2 stars because the French fries were delicious!! But if you're from America, don't bother. Eat at local joints and hold out for your favorite diner when you get home.
