Food: a great experience, even for a born and bread Florentine like me. This traditional food will still surprise you - even if you're tired of Italian/Tuscan food.
Atmosphere: lovely, quite, perfect for a dinner for 2, or for a friendly night out.
Price: totally fair. You spend around 35 euros for a whole meal (and the money is 100% worth it).
Staff is very friendly, helpful and keen to explain the menu, the ingredients and the wine list.
The only downside? Service is a bit slow, and they make you pay 2 euros service per person (why?).
