I had Lunch at Ganino. And it was probably the best lunch I ever had in Tuscany. The Quality of the Food is great, the Service too. I can recommend this Place for sure. GooglePlace - July 2017

Amazingly good Italian food!! We had the roasted lamb with potatoes (huge portion, succulent, on the bone) and the risotto. Flavours were out of this world. Incredible experience and so unexpected (we just stumbled upon it without any idea of the quality). We kept getting wafts of the most beautiful looking tartufo ravioli from the table next to us, while the gnocchi also looked like heaven. We will definitely be returning! Just beautiful.. We had the most unpleasant experience in this place. Staff was unfriendly and extremely slow. They didn't even bother to bring our pasta together! Our waitress was very harsh and rude, she even threw the bread basket on the table like it was some kind of garbage. We even saw her yelling at other customers that she was too busy to talk to them even though they just politely asked if she could come. The food was pretty basic. The spaghetti in tomato sauce were OK but the tagliatelle al ragu tasted like cheap store bought pasta with some inexpensive meat sauce. We expected way more of the food but it was passable, the thing that ruined our experience was the service. On a positive note the food is cheap though and the portions reasonable. I was really looking forward to visiting this place since I've read all the good reviews about it but we left very disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day? GooglePlace - June 2017

Good food but poor service, expensive, and sneaky tricks to overcharge you including a €1.55 "coperto" fee per person for the paper table covering. On top of the €5 patio "entry" fee. GooglePlace - June 2017
