Happened upon this gem while walking through the alley in Florence. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, service and food and wine. The salami is the best I've ever had. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone else passing through. GooglePlace - September 2017

Arrived at the burger spot at 9:45pm, well in advance of closing time. Came here primarily because of the great reviews and the insane number of choices on the menu. If I had known what I know now, I would've skipped the "experience" altogether. Upon entering the place and taking a seat the gentleman behind the counter said that sitting down was not an option as they were closing soon so we had to do takeaway - again, there at 9:45. We placed our order and waited. Obviously since they were closing it took longer than usual to prepare the individual items and as a result the meat was well overcooked. Which to be honest was a shame because the meat tasted great just over done. Also the bread which seemed great was not properly warmed and as such was crumbly. I'm giving this place 3 stars as no restaurant should serve mediocre products. And closing or not is no excuse, if you're open, put the same effort in as if I'm your first customer or your last.
