Wow...not much else to say here. So good. They start with amazing food and pair it with impeccable service, even surprising us with small samples of what other people had ordered to try. You can tell they take pride in their food, as they should. GooglePlace - November 2017

The restaurant charged a relatively higher price in comparison with other restaurants in the area. The service was commensurate with the charge. For example, staff kept changing the bread to ensure that it's warm. The "different toscan specialities" (€14.5), which comprised six different kinds of traditional Tuscan food, was worth a try. The " i maccheroncetti ai funghi porcini" (€14.5) was brilliant. However, the " le fettuccine alla limonaia" (€15.5) was too sour. p.s. They told us that only cash was accepted. It's unclear whether this was their practice or their credit card machine was out of order on that day. GooglePlace - November 2017

A highlight of our August visit to Florence. Everything - appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts were great. Friendly, professional and attentive service. I returned the next day for lunch just to have the John Travolta pasta. Ask your waiter about it. It's a great story and it was delicious. GooglePlace - September 2017

The most amazing pink sauce on the planet. This is the place for amazing pasta and sauces. Their pink sauce is without peer. If you only eat at one place in Florence, make it this place and eat the pink sauce with a nice pasta. You won't be disappointed. It is a little pricey, but worth it. GooglePlace - September 2017

I visited this restaurant because of the rave reviews on Google. I'm here to day that Il Program lives up to those rave reviews. From the outset, the waiter was attentive and personable. We started with a tasty bruscheta. We all had different pasta dishes and the waiter even brought samples while we waited. The main course fillet and wold boar was perfectly cooked. Our waiter even brought a sample dessert when all but one of us turned it down. Yes, this is a pricey restaurant. It's also a great one. GooglePlace - June 2017
