Beautifully balanced and complex flavours. Food is presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. I had the Pea Ice-cream for starter, roasted octopus for main and Fennel ice-cream for dessert. Excellent innovative dishes that meld different flavors and textures you wouldn't think would go together but do. Service is great and menu can be tailored so if you can't eat a lot it's still good. Albeit a little out of the way for visitors as its near the residential neighborhoods, it's well worth the walk. Make sure to get a reservation on the fork app as it was fully booked when I was there on a weekday. GooglePlace - May 2017
