Fantastic steak, fresh made pasta (4 pieces €10) and very very creamy home made desserts! The service was fantastic and no issues without a booking :) GooglePlace - July 2017

Not sure what the hype is about but maybe what I ordered wasn't right. The famous T bone was too big for a 700g minimum so the lead(grandpa) waiter suggested the grill steak. He said it's the same cut just without the bone so is pretty much the same. Well, it's DEFINITELY OVERCOOKED, taste like chewing a block of wood. The worst that is when I told him politely about maybe it's been overlooked, he's like ' yeah deal with it'. From the beginning this grandpa waitrose is like ' just eat and pay and go. Bad food? I don't care.' The other waiters are very nice though. Consider the high price, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. GooglePlace - June 2017

A perfect meal in Florence! I have multiple food allergies and they were fantastic about them. The t bone was delicious and I highly recommend pairing it with the roasted potatoes and red house wine! GooglePlace - May 2017

We had a nice meal at La Fonticine. It was fresh. It was nice but nothing special. We liked the food and the atmosphere. It just wasn't worth going back to again despite being within a few blocks of our hotel. There was nothing wrong with the experience but the food just did not have a lot of flavor. Nothing about the experience stood out in a bad way or in a good way. GooglePlace - May 2017

If you only have a few days in Firenze, this is the spot for a real Italian meal. The staff were incredible and funny, the food was out of this world, and it was all priced very reasonably. We went for my mum's birthday and went back the following evening as well. We will definitely be back! GooglePlace - April 2017
