It did not disappoint us. The place was not far away from our Hotel - Hotel River. We were tired from our flight so we didn't look long and just decided to have dinner at the first resto that looked okay😄 GooglePlace - October 2017

Great location to sit outside when weather permits. Food were mediocre at best. We had Tuscan steak among other dishes, and unlike couple of other places where they weight it in front of you to price it, at this locale they just brought it cooked. We were simply told that it's 1.2 kilo. To be honest after couple of other places to compare with, this 1.2 kilo looked kind of on a small side. Smallest 1.2 kilo I ever seen for sure. All food we share to try, were surprisingly tasteless, poor presentation, delivered by lazy&lame waitress who would not try to please costumers even if her life will depend on it. So..... as I said, good view of Santa Croce Basilica and square in the evening. GooglePlace - October 2017

After reading all the poor reviews, we dined at this restaurant with very low expectations. It was conveniently located right below our hotel and earlier in the day, 2 friendly staff(possibly the owner and the chef) helped me out with contacting the hotel company with their mobile phone. Very friendly and helpful, so we decided to repay the favour by having a meal at their restaurant. Quality of food: 2/5 Pizza with tuna was really way too salty. Pasta was with a different kind of thick chewy noodles. Kinda like udon. Felt almost uncooked. Takes some getting used to I guess. Service:5/5 Dinner service cover charge is 2euros per person per table. Lunch does not have such cover charges. The same for most restaurants here. The service was really good! We didn't have to wait long for the food. We were attended to almost immediately as the friendly "owner"'guy was almost waiting around to attend to all his diners. One family arrived after us, had questions about the food, and spoke only English. He quickly sought out someone who could translate and explain to them more clearly. So there you have it, service: 5 stars v.deserving. GooglePlace - June 2017
