Very small portions, and no so tasty. My lasagne was salty. The waitress break taking our order, because inviting new people in the ristorante.

After reading all the poor reviews, we dined at this restaurant with very low expectations. It was conveniently located right below our hotel and earlier in the day, 2 friendly staff(possibly the owner and the chef) helped me out with contacting the hotel company with their mobile phone. Very friendly and helpful, so we decided to repay the favour by having a meal at their restaurant.
Quality of food: 2/5
Pizza with tuna was really way too salty.
Pasta was with a different kind of thick chewy noodles. Kinda like udon. Felt almost uncooked. Takes some getting used to I guess.
Dinner service cover charge is 2euros per person per table. Lunch does not have such cover charges. The same for most restaurants here.
The service was really good! We didn't have to wait long for the food. We were attended to almost immediately as the friendly "owner"'guy was almost waiting around to attend to all his diners.
One family arrived after us, had questions about the food, and spoke only English. He quickly sought out someone who could translate and explain to them more clearly.
So there you have it, service: 5 stars v.deserving.

watch the double billing on card. Not sure if a known thing or not. Wait staff says cc transaction didn't work (or something like that in italian) and insists you redo

Perfect lunch please for a reasonable price. Excellent for a break from the walking and museums. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Pasta dishes were especially delicious.

I usually don't feel the need to write reviews, but i have to share this "experience". First they brought the wrong dish which is something that can happen though. I had unseasoned octopus with burned eggplants and tasteless zucchini, my girlfriend an absolutely oversalted plate with chewy pork steak wrapped in bacon. By oversalted i don't mean 'a tiny bit too salty', more like licking the walls in a salt mine - inedible, i felt really sorry for that pig. Our side dishes were cold roasted potatoes - actually quite tasty if they were warm. Oh, i almost forgot to mention that as a nice gesture, we got a basket of old bread at the table. For the tiny amount of 60 euros we had our almost full water bottle taken away right after paying. If you still wanna go there, don't say nobody warned you...
