My wife and I had hear about Ristorante Quinoa from a local and decided to give it a shot. We arrived shortly after 8, and were notified we could be seated but why needed to have the table back for a 9:30 reservation, no problem. First off, pretty varied GF beer list. We kept things pretty light, ordered two pasta dishes (clam, truffle). Flavor wise they were great, I was a little surprised the kitchen did not catch that one of the clams in my wife's pasta had not opened (and was thus dead). My dish was very good. For dessert we had a tiramisu, which was fantastic but I wouldn't have really called it a tiramisu. The service was pleasant, but you could tell they seemed short staffed. They were working hard, running around, but it was on the slow side. That made things a bit more challenging knowing that we needed to give the table up. As a result, we avoided staying for coffee. Overall, would still go back to try some of their other dishes. GooglePlace - July 2017

This is the best gluten free restaurant I have ever eaten world wide. That includes most of Europe and the US. The menu is not your typical we accommodate gluten free people but a unique gourmet menu. There is something for everyone. We ended up eating here 4 of our 6 days in town and loved every meal. If you are gluten allergic or celiac this is a do not miss. GooglePlace - July 2017

Ristorante Quinoa is by far the best gluten-free restaurant we visited on our three week trip to Italy. If you are GF or Celiac and don't stop by while in town, you are missing out. The menu had great selections from pastas to salads to steak and deep fried fish. Great cocktails too! GooglePlace - June 2017
