Just ordered some sandwiches and pizza slices, the choice is indeed varied (though too tourist-oriented in my taste, but this is not the point; give the people what they want). The problem is: Apparently one of the serving ladies does *not* enjoy her job throughout serving us she was frowning, but I mean FROWNING, and when I told her "sorry, takeaway" (she was beginning to serve the trays), she eyed me, mumbled something in Italian and started bagging our order. When I picked up the rest of the food from the trays myself and requested her to give the bagged part of the order immediately, she hypocritically asked "is there a problem"? When I suggested her to "smile a bit to customers" the answer was "there were many people today". Simply put: pass your way... GooglePlace - August 2017

A large group of eight stopped in for breakfast. There was little selection at the time we arrived, about 9 am, but more food was being brought out as we were leaving. The coffee we ordered came quickly. No complaints about the service. Croissants that were available at that time were adequate. GooglePlace - June 2017

Worst service in Florence. The two ladies were extremely rude. I asked for ice for a soft drink that was not cold and without looking she said no. We had ordered pasta and requested parmesan cheese, she was ready to say no when realized that the parmesan cheese was in front of her in plain view. Don't go there, terrible.
