A homey osteria frequented by locals in a residential area away from the madding crowds in the center. Tried the seafood pasta and "cartoccio", seafood cooked in paper - both amazingly fresh and delicious. Pasta is freshly made too, and the best I've tasted in Italy. Amazing delicious food! Restaurant run by father and sons whom are present, infinitely friendly, and host and create the meals themselves. We gave them free reign to create a meal for us with antipasti, primi, secundi. Excellent fish, calamari, and pastas. but one MUST try what translates to a deep fried mozzarella sandwich on the appetizer menu.GooglePlace - July 2016
Fantastic food and service, the best of many great meals we have had in Italy. Had the waiter plan the whole meal based on local and restaurant specialties and they were all wonderful. We have been trying to eat at a different restaurant while on holidays in Italy buy very tempted to go back to this one twice.
All the staff including waiter, chef's and owner(?) made us feel right at home even with our limited Italian. All of this was at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.GooglePlace - June 2016
