Just went there around 8:30 pm on a Thursday night. The place was packed. Fortunately I am just one person, so I was offered a seat at the bar which I gladly accepted. Got the sauteed spinach, steak florentine, house wine, and a tiramisu-like dessert. Bill came out to be 52 euro. Overall, I give the food 5 stars; the steak was juicy and well cooked, and the dessert was to die for. However, aside from the hostess who was warm, friendly, and welcoming, the service was definitely subpar. Despite the great suggestion of the dessert by my server, he was otherwise quite lukewarm and seemed overworked. The older guy (the owner/manager?) sitting at the cash register probably was the rudest and grumpiest person I have met so far in Italy (I've been here for about 3 weeks). Anyways, my suggestion is that come here for the food, but don't expect to even have average Italian service of hospitality here.

I highly recommend this restaurant! My wife and I ate here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The pasta dishes were great and the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was also very good. They were very friendly and took great care of us. Also great atmosphere and cool building.
