One of the best meals we had in Italy. So good that we came back for lunch every day of our stay in Florence. Go early to avoid the wait. The restaurant is more than 100 years old and the food is so simple and delicious that you could cry.

We very lucky that we had a short wait. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent even if the restaurant was full. We loved the pumpkin minestrone soup, but everything else we tried was top notch. You simply can't go wrong. If you can get in, its certainly worth it!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff... you immediately feel a little out of place because it seems very local in the midst of all the touristy places.
The pasta Ragu was great! I had the floured pork chop while my friend had the rabbit stuffed with pork. Both dishes came hot with an incredible sauce over the meat that just added to the perfection of the dishes. If you have the pork chop make sure to take a bite with the olives that come on top - it take the plate in a whole new direction.
