Family restaurant. Had good potential, but too many mistakes. Tagliateli cinghiale and the ossobuco were way too salty. We ordered tiramisu, but they didn't have enough for our table. Delicious food; definitely off the tourist track. But welcoming to foreigners. Its much more like a traditional family trattoria than most places in florence and all the better for it. Pasta was acceptable, the chianti sauce was a definite highlight. amazing. Steak was delivicious - warning you have to like it rare (ie traditionally cooked) as you dont get a asked med/rare (know what your getting into). overally a beautiful meal and a delightful place.
