Everything is excellent. Their namesake salad is a great start and their pastas really hit home. Eggplant parmigiana is top notch and their polpo and bisteca florentina are amazing.

After 3 separate visits to Italy (2 in Florence), this is the best restaurant we have tried hands down in both Rome and Florence. The service is exceptional. The foodies out of this world especially the pasta. The restaurant was featured in New York Times magazine. Definitely coming back here. Suggest getting a reservation especially on weekends.
