4.5/5 for the food. There was a wow in the first bite of each food we ordered. We ordered duck breast, cod fish, beef, lamb shoulder, etc. for main course. The sauce used really complement the dish very well. Highly recommended.
4/5 for the good and professional service.
3.5/5 for the price. Consider this is an institute set up by Paul Bocuse, it is quite expensive, but for this food quality, it's worth a try.

Great value if you want to eat at a Paul Bocuse restaurant, but are not in the market for L'Auberge. Book via phone from outside France - they speak perfect English. It is staffed by students so do make allowances. It is brilliant food in a very modern, stylish setting.
