This place is a lovely local place - they serve only Lyonnaise cuisine and no English menu, naturally - but the waitress took time to explain things to us and were very patient although I was hopeless with French. We came here for late lunch so we got table immediately but this place is very popular so you might consider to book a table.
I had a quenelle while my boyfriend got andouilette, both Lyonnaise specialty and we loved them. We split a bottle of red for lunch and everything was just perfect.
A tip: Make sure you know all the specialty cuisine they do, so you wouldn't take a long time to decide like I did, a total amateur - also in the language :PGooglePlace - October 2017
Wonderful small restaurant with a few tables outside two steps from place Bellecour. Really suggest you make a reservation. Enormous portions. Arrive hungry and order menu. Lyon salad, hanger steak and apple pie, for example. GooglePlace - June 2017
