There are a number of regionally focused salumi/wine places on Corso Garibaldi, with this one being Tuscan fare (there are also Parma, Emilia-Romagna, and a host of others). Despite the name, there is more than prosciutto here - you can get a host of tuscan salumi, formaggi, and vini, all of it good, and all of it guaranteed to make for an excellent evening.
