A few nights ago we were in this restaurant. We went there after reading the positive reviews... However, we really regret. The food was good. But we asked the waiter to change the table cloth. He rolled his eyes, while sighing, then left without saying a word. Him and his colleague came back with a new table cloth and asked us to sit at a different table so they could change the table cloth. We said that they could do it while we are sitting there, as we didn't want to move table for the sake of a table cloth change. Thus, it was only the wine glasses on the table, we were done with our main courses and just wanted a clean table, while enjoying our wine, to order dessert. The shocking thing was that when we refused to move, he just left and said he could not do anything !!! I mean it should have been unsaid, that the waiter should make sure that the customers are happy and comfortable, while he could just have cleaned the crumbs from the table, there would be no need for all the fuss they made. I could not stand this attitude that they gave us. We did not order dessert and I stopped by the bar and asked for the manager of the restaurant to explain the situation. To find out the waiter that brought the new table cloth was the manager!!! (I would not give him a job even as a waiter...) This was the part that really pissed me off. He was so arrogant and did not even want to listen to me. I told him there was no need for all the fuss they made and that many good restaurants with reasonably high prices make sure the table is clean ... he just kept on answering me back in a rude way, kept on saying you asked this. You said that. I was surprised by this tone and way of handling customer service. Even though the food is good, I will never return to this restaurant due to the poor hospitality and customer service.
