Perfectly cooked risotto, excellent service, beautiful setting (we were outdoors on a sunny day). The portions are very generous. You might at first think the risotto Milanese with osso buco seems expensive but the serving is HUGE. Two people could easily share it. Considering the quality of the food - and sadly, the appalling GBP exchange rate - the €50 tasting menu, increased to €70 with matching wines, was excellent value. Added to that a beautiful building with a creative use of interior and exterior space, and charming staff clearly in no rush to turn tables made for a lovely, relaxing night. Food consisting of bread, a cold soup (based on crudaiola?), a risotto with chicken hearts, pre-dessert and a superb pastry dish, "crostata di albichocche" (main desserts open to choice from a separate dessert list) were all excellent. The let down - and the reason for the lack of a fifth star - was a dish in which the otherwise perfectly cooked dish was served with simply overly salted greens, presumably not intended and which probably shouldn't have left the pass.
